Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window on the Zlay IPL Hair Removal Device.
 This period gives you enough time to perform a patch test and ensure the device is suitable and comfortable for your skin.

Please note: Results from IPL usually start to show from Week 4 or Week 5.The return window is just to test comfort and skin compatibility.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
  • A full unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package, showing the shipping label and the device clearly.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately.
 We require an unboxing video as proof to process any return or exchange related to physical damage.

Replacements (Under Warranty)

Your Zlay IPL device comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Replacement Eligibility:

  • Device must be within the 1-year warranty period.
  • The issue must be verified as a genuine hardware defect (not due to external damage or misuse).

How It Works:

  1. Raise a replacement request by contacting our customer support.
  2. We’ll inspect the product upon receiving it.
  3. If approved, we’ll send a replacement unit (new or refurbished, subject to availability).
  4. We’ll handle the pickup and delivery, free of charge, at your registered Indian address.

Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
 Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

What skin tones does Zlay work on?

Zlay works on fair to dark brown skin tones (Types I–V). It’s not suitable for very dark skin (Type VI).

How long will the device last?

Zlay comes with 999,999 flashes, which is enough for over 10+ years of use. No refills needed.

How is it better than other IPL devices?
